"Mrrmmf?" Dot looked up from her mid-afternoon 'snack', a rather large piece of medium well c-loin steak and a large salad again. At least Mairi was getting somewhat predictable in her demands for food.

"Your 2 o'clock is here for her appointment."

"Mhmm..send her in!"

A few moments later, a aqua-haired Game sprite enters though the door. She looks around with a nostalgic sort of smile as she makes her way for the chair across from Dot.

"User...I don't think I've been in here since Enzo and I raided the junkyard for parts. You were so angry...I swear I thought you were going to eat me whole."

Excuse Dot for a nano, she's just going to look at you bemused with a mouthful of steak and salad, with the remains of her lunch on the desk.

Perhaps the only reason was that she wasn't hungry enough.

AndrAIa sends a bemused smile right back, and seats herself in the chair.

"Good...snack?"

"Mhmm..very, I'll probably end up ordering another by 5." The remains are carefully shuffled away into the recycle bin.

"Now then, this is about your business proposition?"

She nods and leans forward, resting her elbows on her knees.

"Yes. I went and had a look at the place you mentioned; it needs some fixing up, but I'll take it.

On that note, I do need a loan in order to start things up."

"How much of a loan, the place itself costs about 39 thousand units... and another 25 thousand to fix it up to regulations."

"Like I mentioned in Milliways, I have most of it from my Voltas winnings; I'd only need a twenty thousand unit loan."

"I see..." Cue Dot looking surprised and impressed. Seems like AndrAIa has really thought this through. "Since you've got most of your end settled, I'll arrange for the loan, on a few conditions."

Ah, this, AndrAIa knew was coming. She can't help but allow an amused smile touch her features again.

"Go on."

"One, is fairly simple. Do a good job with your garage. I'm sure you can handle that. The second?" Dot is just going to lean over her desk and steeple her fingers for a moment, smiling smugly. "Take what time you need to pay back the loan, but untill you do, once Mairi's born you're babysitting, no pay or questions asked; and definately no hazard pay."

Still smiling, the Game sprite strokes her chin in mock thoughtfulness.

"You drive a hard bargain."

It'll be that much harder once Mairi is born.

"It's that or you pay me back at the standard fee and rate..."

Yeh, she's still doing that shark smile.

AndrAIa leans away from the other woman slightly.

"Has anyone ever told you how creepy that smile is?"

"On occaission." Dot shrugs, grinning. "Usually it's more of a 'You're frightening when you get like that' response."

"Well, I kind of assumed that was a given."
